Quality inspection
Quality inspection grew naturally from Gowin’s own manufacturing and sourcing work. As a manufacturer, we deal with materials, specifications, workmanship, packing and production issues every day. Over time, some of our overseas customers also asked us to help check goods they purchased from other suppliers in China.
Today, Gowin works with an inspection team of around 10 people and provides flexible inspection support for customers who need an experienced local team to check their orders before shipment. The supplier can be one we helped you source or a factory you selected yourself.
Instead of applying the same checklist to every product, we confirm the product specifications, approved samples and the points that matter to your order before the inspection.
What Can We Check During an Inspection?
The inspection scope depends on the product and your requirements. Before the visit, we agree on the main points to be checked and the reference information available.
Product & Specification Check
Compare the goods with the confirmed specification, order information, approved sample or other available reference.
Workmanship Check
Check visible workmanship, finishing, assembly and product-specific defects.
Quantity Check
Verify finished quantity and available packing quantity where applicable.
Dimensions & Basic Measurements
Check relevant dimensions, weight or other measurable requirements using appropriate tools.
Packing & Labeling Check
Review cartons, inner packing, labels, markings and packing arrangement against agreed requirements.
Photos & Inspection Findings
Provide photos and report the main findings so you can review the condition of the goods before shipment.
When Can We Inspect?
Before Production / Sample Review
When needed, samples or reference products can be reviewed before bulk production to identify obvious specification or workmanship concerns.
During Production
For suitable projects, production status and available goods can be checked while the order is still in progress.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Finished goods can be checked before shipment, when there is still an opportunity to discuss corrective action with the supplier if problems are found.
Container Loading Supervision
Where required, loading can also be checked to verify quantities, carton condition and the loading process.
Inspection Support from a Manufacturing Team
Our inspection experience comes from manufacturing rather than from inspection paperwork alone. We understand how specifications translate into actual production, where workmanship problems can occur and why seemingly small deviations may create problems during assembly, packing or final use.
This is particularly useful for customers who want practical feedback from people familiar with factories and production, without necessarily engaging a large inspection organization for every order.
Sourcing Products in China as Well?
If you need products outside Gowin’s own manufacturing range, we can also help with product sourcing in China. For suitable projects, sourcing, supplier communication, inspection and shipment consolidation can be coordinated as part of the same purchasing process.
