Structure and OEM Requirements
Please confirm whether you require tenoned bars for fitted-corner assembly or non-tenoned bars for your own machining or direct-nailing process. Assembly fit, packing and labeling requirements can be confirmed according to the order.

Wood, Production and Quality
GW2035 follows the general pine-wood and production basis used for Gowin’s wooden Stretcher Bars. The wood is kiln-dried before machining, and finger-jointed construction is used where applicable.
During production, we check profile dimensions, straightness, surface sanding, joint fit and packing condition. Regular pine may include slight sound knots. If a cleaner appearance or different wood-grade requirement is needed, confirm it before sampling and quotation.
Packing and Export Supply
OEM and private-label packing are available. Packing and labeling requirements can be confirmed according to the bar lengths, quantities, corner structure and shipping method.
