GWD1635-G uses the same general pine-wood and production basis as Gowin’s outer wooden Stretcher Bars. Pine supports stable material supply and practical length availability for repeat frame production. The wood is kiln-dried before machining, and finger-jointed construction is used where applicable.
During production, we check profile dimensions, straightness, surface sanding and the details confirmed for the order. Regular pine may show slight sound knots unless a different wood-grade requirement is agreed before production.
Packing and Export Supply
Export packing can be arranged according to the Supporting Bar lengths, complete frame order and transport method. OEM and private-label packing are available, with packing and labeling requirements confirmed according to the order.
